Very poor customer service, Visited Electra branch twice in personal banking department. After the long waiting, he is very busy to send me out and still want to visit him again.

I arrived at this branch today 18/11/22 at 18:10. It was very quiet only one cashier was present at the time and he was busy on his mobile on a call. After waiting a while I made contact with him to say what are you doing it looks very unprofessional what you are doing he pointed to the wall to gesture some will come and serve you. After waiting longer someone else appeared who seemed like they just come back from lunch or something 45 mins before they where supposed to close. When he eventually served me he told me the signature on the cheque I had wasn't matching and he couldn't get hold of the owners of the bank account and seemed to wirdly encourage me to come back tomorrow morning. I wasn't planning on doing that i wanted cash now. After now about 30mins I managed to get hold of my boss who spoke to them to confirm this is was legitimate transaction. Then they turned around and told me they can't give me cash as the system is now down. I felt like these guys had started to cash up early and couldn't be asked to do any more work for the day. Very poor customer experience at this bank.

Probably Worst bank in the world.. Took 1 week for giving liability letter which hardly takes less than 10 minutes.. And I have given cheque 2 days back to clear.. Still its due.. It takes just few minutes. Every day interest is adding up unnecessarily. All inefficient and brainless staff.

It's depends I was in trouble once I approach electra branch ENBD team was excellent once you have issue's and explain them in proper manner I don't think you will face any issues further... As per my personal experience it was amazing and excellent specially the entire ENBD team from Electra branch they have given the time and resolve all my queries. Specially thanks and kudos to team Mrs. Munira customer support.... BOM Mr. Qasem... Mr. Imran You guys are excellent and running the show smartly and smoothly good luck guys keep up the good work . I might say if you raised the correct concern the team is excellent they have all the solution in under one roof Once again Thanks Good luck Best Regards Mohammed salman
