Excellent professional and friendly staff. Beautiful building and well organised. Customer service is the best as compared to other competitors.
Worst ever experience - it took me two hours and still waiting for my turn. Security left us wait outside in sunlight for hour and only letting in people who have some kind of internal connections. No respect for customer. Once I am done here this will be my last time ever using this bank ever.
Rs.20/- note is returned back to me due to damage note, I would Like to be informed that wherever would it be changed.??
