Very poor Management. One man was dealing with 400 people. Showing favouritism, no ladies staff for ladies. They (ladies) fight with man to give them preferences.. Overall, it was very bad experience

Very bad experience. No customer service and very cold behavior of lady bank manager. She starts arguing with customers who approach her with a complaint. I went there for paying bill and saw bank manager yelling at customers. I have never seen such a rude bank manager in my entire life. People do good when they prefer private banks. At least private banks show courtesy towards customers.

Pathetic Service and I agree with people complaining about Lady Branch Manager. She has the arrogance of a typical " Sarkari Mulazim"- totalky indifferent attitude towards customers' problems. She has no empathy. She must be having a big sifarish that is why she is still on her seat. That shows why people do not prefer sarkari banks

Very Bad experience especially with the rude lady manager. She is very arrogant. I wish I had read the reviews about this branch before stepping in. I am fortunate that I did not open an account. Branch Manager yells at customers and has no empathy about customers' issues. Hope one day someone from head office will read these negative remarks and put some sense into her
