Pathetic Staff and worst of the worst customer care. Banking system is very very primitive no upgradation as per current demand and banking sector. It took 1 month to get a call back for verification for internet transitions. Always closed before 5pm. Typical Pakistani government institute.

It's Islamic Banking Branch of National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) known as Aitmaad Islamic Banking. Staff at counter is rude but other management is cooperative, especially their operations manager. Pros: There is an ATM here. All banking services available for NBP customers. Cons: It is advised to not pay Utility Bills here because they send utility bills to their main branch somewhere in the I-9 sector and they pay bills in the second day so never pay your bills on the last day at this branch, better you go to UBL which is few meters away, near Tax House-II, in RDF Complex building adjacent to NHA head office.

Worst experience ever. They don't even honor NBP's own issued challans for various fees. What good are you people if you don't have such basic facilities

It is a small branch, not crowded, the staff is gentle.
