Bad counter service. This public bank, has to learn from private banks regarding one window and high tech banking service. NBP still issuing cash cards through which you can't even shop and swipe. Luckily you can get from atms other than nbp ?

Very bad service. Customers suffers bank staff behavior and incompetency. I never want to be NBP customer and I will not open any account in this third class bank.
