It was the worst branch ever without any doubt. Staff was irresponsible and very rude especially the receptionist lady. I've visited this branch few times and everytime I regret going there, they don't even listen to you. But yesterday I visited the branch and things were totally different there, staff was different and they have made so many improvements. They actually listened to me and did my work pretty fast and this was a novelty for me so I am changing my rating from 1 star to 3 because there is always room for improvement.

Worst experience ever since ever visiting banks .Outside the bank is covid sops which means you have to stay an hour or two in queues for your entrance but inside the bank the staff is having gossips ,having tea and people are like 2 ,3 persons only inside while other are waiting outside in long queues in such dazzling hot sun .The bank staff , the guards no one takes care of people . Even respectable old citizens at the ripe age of 70 were forced to stay standing in hot sun .Really a very bad branch ever visited.

Salam. I have visited this branch. It's located near Darog e Wala near metro train station. It has capacity for parking and token system was there.

Service isnt nice at all , shortage of staff and very rude behaviour of staff that is present there. Its better to go to another branch. I request this branch to improve.
