Its a good bank to open an account with. They deal in islamic way of profit and finances. Staff is efficient and very helpful. Systems are updated and easy-to-use. They have biometric system for ATM and debit card users which is really helpful and a relief in some situations.

Just went there not the first time but their system is down most of the times staff not friendly even the guards at entrance are rude not good experience at all Will switch my account after Ramadhan
