SCB needs to change the non working contact number over the website. I have also got HQ number from Customer care but no one even picked the call. So, in case if i need any assistance from HQ or need to complain in HQ. Do I need to visit Karachi? or need to wait for email reply for days? Please look over here and provide ease to customers.

Pathetic Helpline. Standard Chartered need to fire Customer Service Head. He is so incompetent. Don't know anything about it. Wait time is too long. For 2 minutes of inquiry I waited for 15 minutes. What kind of services is this? So unorganized and unprofessional. Very much disappointed. Not Happy at all. Low standards. Hire someone professional and pay him good please for God sake.
