Such a pathetic service and staff! Most of the time ATM and Cash Deposit Machine is out of order or closed for maintenance, some time Token machine is deliberately switched off and people are asked to form a que lol. Despite having four to five counters, you will only see one or two in active mode. That too with such a slow service that you might wait for your turn (next) for 10 to 15 minutes. On complaining to higher authorities all they say is System Down haiii!! This is not the Standard Chartered Bank which was so good for its amazing services.
