Very poor customer service.there no such thing called priority banking in this branch. it felt like you have entered in national bank. They are always out of cash .please don't deposit your foreign currency because you will never get it back on time.

The staff is as cool as they shouldn't be. But then again even if you look around for some other branches in Islamabad they are just about the same. You don't have any other option but to wait...wait...and wait. Google reviews aren't going to hurt them either.

Went to ATM on sunday and it was very sunny and hot! The poor guard had no fan for himself he was drenching in sweat! Was very sad to watch! ? the bank can at least provide a small fan for them!

Very unprofessional staff especially a old madam who is trying to make her young sitting green right side of 1st desk .and a proudy manager who insulted their staff in fornt of people don't know why and 1st counter cashier who is not filling a form for me even madam herself . Very disappointed

Pros: Security guards outside and inside the bank are extremely humble and nice. They are welcoming with a smile on their face and apologetic for the laid-back behavior of the educated / degree holder employees inside. Cons: There is a smart device at entrance - which doesn't have an option for a new account. You get a number; and wait for a teller to assist you. You wait an hour as the tellers are too occupied with their phones, chit chat and not doing their job as per the JD. Poor souls get tired after helping one customer and counting the deposit money using an automated machine. Its definitely a tiring job. Anyhow - eventually your number comes up after an hour and you mention 'hey i want to open an account' and they direct you to an account manager. Where you have to wait and see once he is free. And eventually he tells you ' no - you cannot open an account here because of XYZ' I mean - if there is a information desk at the entrance and a person can ask people about their questions / queries and guide them in the right direction. AN HOUR WOULD HAVE BEEN SAVED. But guess what - we are too laid back and customer service is not our ball game.
