Bank closed during peak business hours for lunch and namaz. Had to wait 35 mins to reopen at 1400hrs. I will ask bank manager about the SOPs. Seller is waiting for the payment and I'm waiting outside bank to reopen. Very poor performance from an international bank.

Reasonable space inside, seating for customers. Helping staff and humble cash counter staff. Everything is good. You can submit your IELTS fee here this is the only bank in Sialkot where you can submit IELTS fee for Lahore & Islamabad centres.
