JS Bank V227+C6X I.I Chundrigar Road Seari Quarters

I have been a loyal customer of JS bank for 5 plus years, unfortunately due to the Convid19 pandemic I lost my job. As of not having a job I was unable to make payments toward my JS bank credit card. When I asked the bank for help with my situation they started harassing me over the phone, long story short they begged me for a minimum payment of Rs 5500 and promised that once I make that payment my standing balance will be deferred so during the deferment I could look for a job and than start paying of the Credit card. However after I made the payment they still did not defer my account and started demanding more payments and kept on piling my account with their APR, non payment and etc charges. Now when I am in debt with them for approximately 165K they are not willing to help in any way and Mr. Haider a collection unit manager in AWT Plaza branch along with another senior manager whose name I am not aware of abused me and my elder who went to the bank asking for their help and even refused to provide me with my own account usage statement. They became abusive and pushed us out saying fakeer thy tou card kyun liya tha (Shame on you JS Bank). I was told k jao niklo yahan sy na payment plan milega na defer hoiga naa hee koi settlement hoga. Bolty hai chori karo daakaa dalo paisy tou aik sath bharny parengy warna rozana k hisaab sy amount increase hota rahega laakhon ka qarza hojaega phir khudkushi kar lena.

Worst bank, worst service, worst customer support. Keep dialing their helpline numbers and after 4 to 5 days I was ble to connect even than the support team have no answers to my queries. Best bank Alfalah . Superb services and support.
