They go out of their way to make banking impossible for you. An elderly person who cannot walk has to present himself at their doorstep, even if bedridden, to get their check cashed......since the bank decided the elderly person, because of his age, will not be able to have matching signatures. So at least give provision some other way to have access to the elderly person’s own money, and information about his account. The elderly with such “noted” accounts CANNOT have an ATM card, do NOT get bank statements, have no access to online banking, and has to appear in person to get their checks cashed.

No one on customer help desk... Farooq sahab was not on seat, make me wait for about 30 minutes... Pathetic service, no sign in him. Such irresponsible people. This is not how you treat your customers. Not all banks are managed equal.
