The worst banking services. Totally non professional staff and non professional attitude. No one is answering yo your phone calls. When you visit them for some tast they just get rid of you by saying they will inform you on phone after solving the issue but later on they never solve the issue, never pick up the phone and never call you back. I wonder what services this bank is providing to Shifa International Hospital Islamabad!
Small banking space but very helpful staff...Bank on the overall needs to speed up application and service availability, although the staff is more than adequate...
Pathetic service. Got the ATM card 3 months late. Not able to make most online transactions. Pathetic online services. Cost me 12k Rs because of their foolishness.
