First dayyy to visit... And all staff and seniors are well manner and give respect to others... Good environment... Experiance was greattt to saw their people working comfortably in their giving environment. ??

Poor services and customer support quality, Silkbank treat its customers like beggars, honestly for all the times I have called customer support I personally feel disappointed. If you are using any of Silkbanks facility you are in there books a SLAVE and literally they treat you like one. Initially for card making I received many calls and after receiving card no one is there for you to provide you professional services. Literally they treat customers as if they are Silkbanks Slaves.

Just this night, Feb 10th around 12:30 AM. I arrived at Silk Bank ATM at Al Tijarah Center, Shahra-e-Faisal, my friend was outside in the car, The moment I entered the ATM (2) Security guys on YBR showed up, One was wearing a (white helmet with dark face color) stood beside the ATM door and the other guy was young and seemed tall. At first I thought they're here to snatch, I locked the door and then I focused through the mirror and realised that both were wearing security suits like Bank Security guards and waited for me to be done with the ATM. I used the ATM and stepped out saw both of them, They seemed like they were here to be done with their shift times, I sat in the car and we drove like for 2 minutes when I realised that I left my phone on top of the ATM machine and returned within literally 3 minutes, FOUND both of them are no longer at the spot, LIGHTS were ON when I got there but amazingly now when I returned the LIGHTS were also turned OFF. I searched for them everywhere, Waited there for 30 minutes, called my phone at least 6-7 times and none responded neither they answered. I checked with the other security guard and he said both of them roams around here and always checks-out once they're done for the night. Now the phone isn't ringing though It was charged 50% and when called It's coming out of the coverage area meaning they've switched the phone to (Air-plane Mode). I have reported this scenario to Ferozabad PS and obtained a stamped letter to track the phone via IMEI and CCTV, Both Camera's inside the ATM machine and outside the ATM where the other guy was waiting on bike to get his Vehicle Number# were operational. I really hope both of them aren't dumb enough to think that they can pick and run away like this given they're recorded on camera's. I will surely come to this branch in morning to check their CCTV Footage and really hope the bank would cooperate in retrieving the phone. Phone Details# Oneplus 7 Pro : Color (Blue)

Horrible experience with bank, Ready Line Facility is such a trap once you get in it then it is not easy to come out of it. Even if you are not using this facility you are bound to get monthly billing even for 1 Rupee, and if by chance you overlooked to pay back on time, they will mark late fee of Rs. 1500 and put your name in state bank defaulter list. and if you wish to cancel the facility they will ask Rs.3000 for cancellation and mandatory visit to this branch just to rub extra layer from your shoe sole. Keep in mind at the time of opening this account, one lady will keep pushing for the card and you don't need to move single muscle to get it.

Good branch, spacious, slow service. Reception welcomes u well but staff is flat. Zero parking is headache. Convenient city centre location.
