Worst customer service . If you want to ruined your days then only join silk bank. Whenever you call them for any problem they will ask you stupid questions and then they only have one answer that we will call you in 24 hours . So if we need any help regarding online banking issue, mobile banking not working , pin not working mostly , always have to change MPin again and again worst mobile application .. whenever we ask to get urgent help our mobile account is blocked because pin was not working due to their worst application issue they always said we will call you in 24 hours and then they will call next day . Like if we want to do some instant transfer or anything cant do with silk bank .. They dont know customer service definition . Customer service means once a customer calls you should resolve his issue rightaway . But no they will ask you 24 hours and they always says we dont have access of anything we can just note down the problem then next day person will call you .. Other banks like AlHabib , HBL, Meezan they are best whenever customer calls them they resolve the issue rightaway even its midnight. Their customer services departments are working not just recieving calls and listening complains but cant resolve like silk bank. Worst bank i had ever seen .
