They issued credit card I stopped them, I asked them I need only one. They are still charging without even sending me. They blocked my other card I was using just because of this. I launched a complaint, received a call rom the complaint person Gulfam. The moment he was unable to handle the complaint he put the call to some other person who doesn't know how to talk. If the complaint officer is not able to communicate with you not sure who will be then. They lack professionalism. Will never be using their services again.

The worst bank in the whole country. They have no idea about what's happening. You call there helpline and get to hear a new story about your inquiry everytime.

It's a fraud bank. They lie to you at every step. They hire liers whio sell their policies telling lie everytime youask them. For any complaints they have huge lines. So you guess how many complaints they receive on daily bases. 65 is huge for 1 day.
