A place where Bank's customers lodged their complints against the Banks
They are doing a great job! Please keep it up. You are all amazing!! I lost my remittence 2 years ago and they recovered it in just 2 months!! Hats off!
Tried calling multiple times, no response, nobody is attending the calls. Where do we complain about Banking Mohtasib? customer service in pakistan is almost to none.
I should give them 0/5. This is the worst department in Pakistan. Solving Complaints and problems is so far they are not even replying your emails. I have sent so many emails regarding fraudulent transaction from my account but no response. I have contacted head office of the bank, state bank of Pakistan helpdesk and also Banking Mohtasib Pakistan but up to now all struggles are in vain.
