They should add an ATM Machine at least. There is only one ATM in this area right on the Morr Samanabad. You can find other ATMs either at Yateem Khana Chowk or First Round About. Its very needed here at this branch.
It's the most pathetic service centre I have ever encountered with. One staff is such uncooperative that I had to closed down my account which was 20 years old. This was one of the association s with my city as well. Girls are very cooperative n Mr Arslan as well. Rest, no one wants to work n seem highly unprofessional n demotivated, I guess. I m feeling sorry that because of that one man Masood or Maqsood Saab I had to move ahead for my dis association with the bank. It also shows the poor leadership which seems very in effective.....my sincere suggestions that branch needs overhauling if anyone is interested. Regards
Very slow and poor service. Even they don't bother to copy CNIC while machine is there. And asking cnic copy on every transaction. Very lazy staff.
ATM does not exist.
