Lady before me came for Rs175k, the officer said they don't have enough cash, come at 3pm.on my turn he said not reflecting, so I left the bank, and got cash from other bank

I made a transfer from the UK to the bank, and they did not deposit the transaction to the reciever. I called them and asked about the transfer and they would just hang up. It's really upsetting.
