Terrible customer service, they don’t stand their promises and they feel no shame about it. No wonder they are loosing business in Pakistan You guys gotta change your attitude otherwise you don’t have future here

Poor customer services, poorest amongst all the local and international banks in pakistan. Their staff doesn’t care about anyone coming in the bank for any product or service, extremely non professional.

Pathetic customer service. Rude and unprofessional staff.

I have found their ATMs to be mostly either out of the operation, or cash. Apparently, the branch is located at a prime location and perhaps that's a reason but there should be some motivation to keep their ATMs operational especially during the offices' opening & closing hours.
