They don't have anyone to answer query calls on their land-line.. Huge name Al Falah disappointed me, like an immature

The bank has good location. No parking issues. Account opens in a jiffy. The notable thing is their system works at any given day compare to other banks.

Good staff. Helpful and systems work almost always. Its quite an ideal placed atm too. Just one thing that the atm is too old so too slow

Just another typical bank with traditional way of working. I have an account there and often faced bad experiences regarding bad customer support, not picking phone calls, unprofessionalism, etc but unfortunately there's no other bank in near vicinity so it has demand by the local residents.
