Please don't go there to open an account. 18 months passed and never received my book/card. Requested for redelivery and they deducted all of my 5000 rupee initial deposit as well. Later found out they had added my address/phone num wrong. Filed a complaint and never got a call back.

For God's sake don't even think about heading in this direction. completely useless staff. I have personally submitted the same document atleast 5 times each time with the same excuse, "staff changed. submit again." . my problem is still pending after 2 years !
