Highly disappointed very slow service

Highly disrespectful staff. I have never encountered such kind of a deteriorated and worn out service. Upon asking for justification for not opening an account the lady replies "You cannot ask for justification FROM ME" (Ofc with a look of disgrace) as if I have burdened here with something immeasurable.
