Very small and compact bank branch do not pick up the phone. It's closed for the time being. Staff average. Banker helpful in opening account.

Pathetic experience. Worst ever branch in Islamabad. Rude staff with typical non cooperative attitude. I wish I could give them zero star.

I went to this Branch in G11 to open an account sometime ago. They completed formalities in 20 mins. The banker was helpful and guided well. Its a very small bank. I have been to this branch 5 to 6 times in past 10 days as they have my cheque book. The branch is closed. I contacted Alfalah to send my cheque book (they say they are not allowed to send it at home address). I call the bank and they never pick up the phone. I request from where i can collect it they have no information. I went to other branches in g8 and g9 and thy r also close.

Worst customer care service at G-11 Markaz Islamabad. Calling since 1 week, a customer picked my call on day one and told me to call 10 mints later. Since that, I am calling and no one picking. Now, I must visit their branch. They even don't deserve a single star.. TOO MUCH DISAPPOINTED.
