Worst experience! Poor service 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 I had 2 bad experiences with this branch. 1-I deposit pay order a & promised that it will be lodged today and will be cleared by tomorrow but after 4 days that amount wasn’t reflected, I went to bank to ask & they said there were some error in our system and it’s not gone through & we’ll lodge again but there is a charge of PKR 500/-. I agreed the amount and amount got reflected. 2- I deposit a cheque into my account on 5th of April and the guy told me it will be cleared by same day, Next day I went to the bank and he said sorry it’s an intercity cheque and it will take 1-2 working days and I agreed with him. Today is a 4th day & still nothing. Poor Bank, Poor Team, Poor Service 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
