Visited again on 4/3/2021 Their ticketing system is working again. Their process is alot faster now. They have kind and responsible staff. Thumbs up to management for improving performance. Earlier visit previous year Very Slow, they have placed no receptionist and have only 1 counter working. Their ticket number system is also off , which makes the waiting time even longer than before.
