Only one or sometimes two counters are working. This makes the average time spent in bank up to 30 minutes. Queues are not long but still it takes a handsome amount of time to deposits bills or fees. It is a humble request that please take this matter into consideration. At least 2 to 3 counters should be active every time. I will improve the rating once this matter is resolved.
