Nice banking experience with alflah

No token system in vogue. Free for all. No queues in operation. No separate cash counter for senior citizens. Cashiers not using cash dispensers to disburse cash whereby cash has to be recounted. Cashiers not greeting customers as per etiquettes. Poor reflection on branch efficiency.
