Finally a bank in Lahore where the Staff is actually helpful. I was stressed as issued a post dated cheque but found out the guy came to my shop and took cash payment already from my dad. When i asked he said he has lost the cheque. This was around 5:50 pm( 50 mins past bank time) I called the rep who i usually deal with ( Mr. Dilawaiz ) and he asked me if I can visit and sign off to cancel the cheque right away. I was so glad he was there, I took my cheque book and rushed to the bank. Within 5 mins he printed out some form and asked me to sign. Came back and said it’s done. Sigh of relief right there. Much much appreciated the effort he had done for me. He could have said no but went above an beyond servicing me. This is why I say Alfalah is the best bank in Pakistan. From staff to their online banking and credit card. The best . Thank you so much specially Mr Dilawaiz sir.

It's too busy And the staff is very slow There is frequent load shedding and the generator has also broken down UPS doesn't work either
