I just opened a Roshan Digital Account from Canada . I am coming to Pakistan in early March and will go to Branch to have my some questions answered by Branch Manager since any money transferred first go to their Karachi Head office with SWIFT Code ALFHPKKA , and, then it is sent to the Branch. Branch Manager has to satisfy me that any thing sent must be immediately deposited into the account. Will see how good is the banking, but, as of now , they have good whatsapp service and the helpline service for RDA.

I haven't such bad and durty words that i want to write for these people. From 30th of December 2016 I am following my agri loan case but, everything is clear but neither they are answering our call, nor giving us the clearance of property. Such a very very bad customer relation and care system. I want to complain to the state bank against these bcs.
