Worst experience in my life. So i went there to withdraw money i filled a form then asked to sit. There i was sitting for 40 mins and when i went to ask if something is wrong they only awnsered me with sorry you cant withdraw any amount and i was shocked that they told me that 40 mins ago. They could have told me at the reception but they didnt And also there was a worker who was just meeting there friends or cousin but mot working THE WORST BANK

One of the worst branch of Mcb. They don't even facilitate their 8year old customer well. Their staff works at the turtle speed, rude and not customer friendly at all. Atm machine is always out of work or out of cash since 6months.
