Very bad services of bank in online banking systems they are not offering online services when we go to the branch they always said go to your branch we can not help you when we withdraw our money from other branch mcb charges are 400 on each transaction it totally illegal for customers very services

If there were any negative stars, I would have chosen them. Pathetic, ill mannered and Lazy Staff. They don't know how to behave with customers. Poorest Service. Please avoid this branch as much as possible.

Very bad experience. There were 6 counters. 3 for the cash submission and 3 for the withdrawal. Only 2 persons were sitting on 6 counters. Worst banking experience of my life. People around me were discussing the negative attitude of the banking staff.
