I am a customer of meezan bank for over 15 years and first time ever i requested a certificate which is required for my transaction, its been 2 and half months and i am still unable to get it. Calling the branch managers emailing everything. But all in vain . I am very disappointed by this.
Nice bank with good atmosphere and lovely staff and labour. Every thing is right . Especially I like the ATM machine which is in the hall of the bank. And other thing there is a separate and secure place for cash transactions. Which I haven't seen before in any bank. It has I 4 cash and 2 check counter Which help the customers to gain the profit of the time safe. And there is number system in the bank which issue two kind of ticket to the customers 1 the check tickets and 2 the cash counter tickets. So no one can gain the time of one another.
Good banking services
I had the account in this bank for more than a decade but now a days their services are not up to mark. It took me a couple of week for transferring the money to my sister in UK and they charged the heaviest rates. They changed me for Titanium card and issued me Visa Silver card. This branch looks like to getting mismanaged.
