Despite having too much load the staff at ABL are doing wonderful job. There is a dire need of at least one more bank in margalla town and a few more ATM machines.
Very slow service, the system they complaint all the time. Even then the staff of bank disagree with clients. the behavior of staff is also not good and proper

Local branch here in Margalla Town main market. ATM machine is also available which us a big help for people of this community as itherise they have to travel minimum of 8 KM back and forth for any ATM. Plus helpful for elders and females as they can open accounts here and dont have to teave specially for bank. Staff is cooperative. A bit overloaded now because i can see a lo of customers bit till the staff is managing it nicely. I recently opened my mother's account there. The Manager of this branch is a gentelman. Polite, helpful and humble. Accessable to customers unlike some other Banks. He is running this branch and people are happy overall. Thanks to ABL's higher authorities for providing this service near our homes.
