Well i see few people had positives reviews they could be on their payroll i would say , Very much disorganised staff with lack of knowledge and co-ordination with in the branch ,despite an account holder i did not receive the quality of service any customer deserves and expecting , for instance i was struggling to find my swift code i rang them they though the branch code is called swift code (which are only numerics without alphabets)?the second time i rang then to change the email address on my profile , After few days i got a call from the branch stating my e mail address has been updated , Guess what ...i still receive notifications in both of my emails . There are very high number of people who doesn't leave a review online are not happy with the service they receives .the main question pops up in our minds Who do we turn to for help except Allah !
I had a good experience with Meezan Bank Ltd. while opening a new account. The bank's representative was quite helpful. Everything seemed organized. I don't have any reason to complain.
They don't facilitate their customers. I had been waiting for their response multiple times and in the end got nothing.
Really disappointing behaviour of its staff especially Branch Manager Nowshera. Really disappointing. This bank is made popular by people and now when these people go there they are mistreated.
Very poor administration. Rude staff plus ill minded manager. They should be trained how to behave.
