I am MCB customer for a long time, they have a good customer service over the phone. But the staff in Bahria branch are very rude and arrogant. They definitely need customer service training. MCB will definitely lose customers because of this branch. My overseas friend came to this branch to open acc but because of there behaviour he we to diffrent bank.

Worst experience with this bank.The manager so arrogant. Staff behavior was so rude. They don't know how to deal customer.They don't know how to work. All staff persons are highly unprofessional. They really don't know how to do a biometric for lite cards or for other cards.please I request to authorities to proper facilities to your so called branches.they wasted alot of my time. I don't want to gave a star to this brach😠

Very bad experience. This branch is the worst MCB branch. Very slow service. Photocopier not available, staff attitude is bad. Avoid this branch if you can.
