We took 2000 rupees from the ATM, and instead of asking the customer whether the fee is OK or not it just gave out the money and we found out on the receipt that there was a fee of 800 RPS. we explained to the bank staff that this is illegal but they didn’t want to help us. DON’T GO THERE!AVOID MCB.
