I second Maria. Worst branch of all HBLs. I have been there many times for deposit etc buy always rude behavior. Today I and my wife went for bank account opening. Guard stopped at gate and said smilingly "account nahi khul rahy manager ki death ho gai hai". I went inside somehow but a person Naming Waseem said account opening not possible until new manager joins this branch. I said I will share this with customer support staff he said "aap ki marzi jis ko bataen".
