The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a bank. Personnel don’t know their own job properly and have the attitude of take your business elsewhere if you like. Ill mannered unprofessional and incompetent. Branch should be closed down to reduce the waste of time they cause unsuspecting customers who go into the branch.
The best HBL branch in DHA vicinity offering excellent services to all the respective HBL customers. The team members are highly professional and supportive specially the Branch Manager, keep it up guys ?
The new operations manager is very bad and very rude, doesn't service the customers properly
