Worst management, poor staff, lazy ppl working in here. Least bothered about ppl coming to this branch. This branch don't even have any manager. Bcuz since 2 hours ppl are waiting to meet him and are sent back by saying manager is gone out.

I visited this branch of hbl bank and I was so disappointed with one person his name is ”Shakeel“ He is pathetic kind of person. I was there for opening my first hbl account but after meeting him I’ll just say one thing to all people’s just avoid this person at hbl.
