Staff is very professional and humble person's. And the location is place in access to easier for nearby area of living person's.
Worst bank ever I used. If I had less than 1 start I would love to give due to third class bank service.
I have always had good experience with the professionalism of the staff here.
HBL I-9 Industrial Area Islamabad branch is the worst bank as for as the customer services are concerned. The most slow cash handling, bills submission, challan forms submission services in the whole world.
Counter staff does not cooperate with customers. Make the protocol so difficult even for account holder. One of mam that sit on 2nd counter whom didn't respond well, demanding CNIC copy for every challan and said only one man pay one challan that too worst for who sitting since 2 hour's and at the end mam behave like this so worst behavior, disappointmentally
