Worst experience there I submitted the form which is required by government after every 6 month(for pensioners account).After this, within 2 days our account is activated for transactions.But nothing happened because of the irresponsible staff in branch,now tomorrow bank's off.So we are unable for transactions for more 2 days (Form submission date 6 December)

Very difficult bank, always has issues regarding submitting money in amount but their online banking is quite impressive and gives large number of services like online transfer, bill payments etc etc.
