Bilkul Unprofessional staff hai. HBL ko chaye idr ka sara staff change kray. Time pe response nahe deta staff. They just want to get their pays on time without doing their jobs or it wouldn't be wrong to say that they get pay by giving loss to their customers. Such a pathetic service by them. My account transferred to this branch a month ago due to HBL's internal branches changes(Conventional to Islamic). I get foreign remitence every week or month but they don't bother to respond HBL remitence department for a week. I get loss of 40,000 rupees due to the unresponsiveness of Miss Huma and Miss Farkhanda. Now I am going to change my bank even current account was with an awesome history but can't bear loss and their unprofessional behaviour.
I also have a account in hbl they provide good facilities for thier costumers

Very Bad services, illiterate staff don't know how to use their own management system, wasted a lot time there, late checkbook and didn't receive my atm card, it is almost 40 days from my account activation.
