I have a Roshan Digital FC account in UBL I am originally from PUNJAB and they opened my account by default at headquarters branch in Karachi I walked in a branch in PIRMAHAL PUNJAB branch code 0545 and manager (RIAZ) told me that I have to go to Karachi my self to cash my check. What in the world we are in 2022. These people don’t know how to treat people I am an overseas Pakistani. We send our hard earned money to Pakistan and when I came to visit my hometown manager said I have to fly. 800 kilometers to cash my own check
