Today me and my friend visited UBL aslam market branch.The unprofessional lady start cracking some jokes on us.She said (ap aye Kaha cy hai ho kn ap log aty Kaha cy ho in illitrate accent ) Although I replied her so well which she deserves but I wanna complain her behaviour. She has no knowledge of International transactions and she is just showing her illiterate behavior on it.Over all she wasted our time.Giving zero rating... We straight go to Allied bank and they had very professional and good staff.Their manager guide us very well on international transactions issue Date : oct 2021 Her identity: when you enter in the bank she is sitting at the front right corner reception table She had not black but a little dull skin color

Absolutely unprofessional and illiterate staff including the managers of this branch. Customers are in need of help and staff is chilling in Gup Shup. I wish I could’ve give this branch a Zero star . UBL head office should take notice of that . Staff’s attitude to the customers is f****** like they’re Heroes of a Punjabi movie. Disgusting 🤬
