Unsure if UBL area managers check or provide any training or coaching to staff. But they are rude and not interested in opening a accounts for you. They still have a backward mentality and the branch is more like a tea house or social club. Tried for over a month to try and open a account, and they still did not open this. Poor service in rural areas. Hit and miss, but I would say the next village is much better. Sort yourself out.
