Horrible horrible experiences on many occasions at this branch. It's not so much the bank to blame it more the incompetent staff with their 'can't be bothered' attitude and lack of procedural knowledge. Things got so bad I began to make a complaint from the in branch telephone, with the bank manager in branch who seemingly disappeared from his desk upon hearing me logging a complaint - Which by the way got no where. I've ended up stopping using them now which is a shame because I was always fond of UBL. Staff definitely need training up and a motivation boost to actually want to help their customer. Extremely disappointed UBL!!!! Apart from one staff member who was appeared to be trying his best, but had limited with authority. Thank you Umar Farooq
