This bank does not even deserve a single star. Whether normal officers or managers, all of them are absolutely useless and incompetent. Totally oblivious to how a modern bank should work. Customer service is appalling, they have no clue what are they talking about. Firstly they would misspell your name or address or put the wrong phone no on your account. And when you want them to rectify, it'll take them not hours, or days, rather months to update your details. And the attitude is as if they are doing you a favour. What really surprises me, how this scam of a bank is even working in this day and age. AVOID at all costs!

My favorite bank in Notak. The interest rates are very competitive. The complimentary cucumber water in the lobby allowed for a very pleasurable wait in line.
