The fat manager is extremely rude! Can neither talk nor guide properly. Seedhay munn baat he nhe krta. The staff on the other hand is a mixed achaar, some are accommodating, others are awfully impolite. But, the main problem is the manager, I don't know why the higher-ups of the UBL don't take any actions against such managers.
